When you use our website, we and our analytics providers may receive limited technical information such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type, referring page, interaction events, and performance information. We do not intentionally send form contents, phone numbers, email addresses, or other directly identifying customer information to analytics services.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests; evaluate properties and projects; prepare estimates; communicate about scheduling and service; provide, document, and improve our work; send invoices and service-related notices; provide customer support; request feedback or reviews; protect our business and customers; and comply with legal obligations.

Photographs submitted through Jobber may be used to evaluate a request, prepare an estimate, plan or document service, and maintain customer records. Submission of a photograph does not grant us permission to use it in advertising, on social media, or in our public project gallery. We will obtain separate permission before using identifiable customer-submitted photographs for marketing.

Calls, texts, and email

If you provide a telephone number or email address, we may contact you about estimates, scheduling, service updates, invoices, customer support, and review requests. Customers may call or text us at (706) 973-2760. We do not currently use website submissions to enroll customers in promotional text or email campaigns. If promotional communications are introduced, we will use an appropriate consent and opt-out process.

Service providers and external platforms

We use service providers to operate portions of our business and website. These may include Jobber for service requests, customer records, scheduling, communications, quotes, invoices, and Client Hub; website hosting and security providers; Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics for website measurement; and email, telephone, accounting, payment, and other operational providers. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Links to Google, Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, Angi, HomeAdvisor, and other third-party sites take you to services we do not control. Their privacy policies apply when you use those services.

Cookies and analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics may be used for privacy-focused traffic and performance measurement. Google Analytics 4 uses cookies or similar identifiers to distinguish browsers and sessions and help us understand website use and conversions. We configure analytics to avoid intentionally collecting personally identifiable information and may provide additional consent controls where appropriate.

How we share information

We do not sell customer personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the business; with workers, subcontractors, or professional advisers who need it to perform authorized work; when required by law; to protect rights, safety, property, or prevent fraud; or as part of a business transfer, subject to applicable requirements.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including customer service, project documentation, accounting, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and business records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask us to review, correct, or delete personal information under our control, subject to records we must retain for legal, accounting, contractual, or legitimate business reasons. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults seeking property services. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this website.
